Forever Candle FAQ

Each Forever Candle comes as a complete set: one reusable Forever Jar and one scented candle ready for its first burn. When you’re ready for a refill, compatible wax pods can be purchased directly from Lunaire.

Yes — it’s designed to last for life. Once your first candle is finished, simply refill the jar using Lunaire’s refill pods.

Once your candle is finished, allow the jar to cool completely. Remove any remaining wax using warm, soapy water or by placing the jar in the freezer for a short time to lift out the leftover wax.

Yes. Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax — free from paraffin, petroleum, and parabens. Vegan, cruelty-free, and clean burning.

Natural soy wax doesn’t always set perfectly smooth — you might notice light frosting or subtle texture on the surface. This is normal and purely cosmetic. It doesn’t affect how the candle burns or how it smells; it’s simply a sign of clean, plant-based wax doing its thing.

Burn time depends on the refill size you choose:

• Original pods: up to 30 hours

• Deluxe pods: up to 60 hours

Actual burn time may vary slightly depending on your space and burning habits.

Each Forever Candle is prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times:
• Standard (Australia): 2–8 business days
• Express (Australia): 1–4 business days
• International: 10–14 business days
