To create a memorial page, registration through an external Google Form is necessary. By completing this registration, you affirm that all provided information is accurate and current. The individual completing the registration will be recognized as the page owner, holding exclusive rights to modify or request the removal of the page. Requests for changes must be made at least 24 hours before the desired publish date.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for securing the necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload, including compliance with intellectual property laws and obtaining consent from depicted individuals. By submitting content, you grant us the right to use and display this content on the platform.
Comments and Tributes Section
Our service includes a Tributes Section for users to post memories and messages. The following rules apply:
- Moderation: We reserve the right to moderate, disable, or remove any content at our discretion.
- Content Guidelines: Posts must be respectful and honor the deceased. Offensive or illegal content is not allowed.
- User Responsibility: The page owner is responsible for monitoring their page’s content. For content removal requests, the owner must contact us directly.
Privacy and Data Use
Options to prevent search engine indexing of memorial pages are available, but we cannot guarantee complete privacy. Exercise caution when sharing sensitive information.
Service Availability and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our service, including any memorial pages, at our discretion without prior notice. This includes the right to disable comments or remove content that breaches our guidelines.
Transactions and Payments
Payments for services are required as outlined. Transactions facilitated by funeral directors are not our responsibility. All users must adhere to the specified payment terms.
Liability and Indemnification
Users indemnify Forever In Our Hearts against any claims arising from their use of our service. We are not liable for user-generated content or actions.
